How do selected-row CRM actions work?

    Short answer

When CRM rows are selected, the bulk action bar should let you move, duplicate, delete, email, or update selected items together.

    Available actions

    • Move selected rows to another group on the same board.
    • Move selected rows to another board and target group when the workflow requires it.
    • Duplicate or delete selected rows when cleaning up lead data.

    Bulk editing

    • When multiple rows are selected, changing a shared column value should update the selected items together where the CRM supports bulk edits.
    • This is useful for status, owner, follow-up date, or other shared workflow fields.

    Canceling selection

    • Use the clear selection control when you want to remove all selected rows without taking action.

  • How do I add, edit, sort, or delete CRM columns?

How do I add, edit, sort, or delete CRM columns?

How do I add, edit, sort, or delete CRM columns?

    Short answer

CRM columns are the fields on a board. You can rename visible column labels, adjust column types, sort by column data, and delete columns when they are no longer needed.

    Column settings

    • Use the column menu to open settings instead of relying on hover behavior.
    • Click the visible column name when you only need to rename it.
    • Do not expose or edit system keys in normal CRM use because automations depend on stable internal references.

    Column types

    • Choose the right type for the job, such as status, dropdown, multi-select, people, date, time, phone, email, or text.
    • Status options can use custom colors so progress is easier to scan.

    Sorting and deleting

    • Use the sort control on a column to organize rows by that column's data.
    • Use selected-row actions for bulk operations and use column settings when a column should be removed from the board.

How do CRM boards, groups, and columns work?

How do CRM boards, groups, and columns work?

    Short answer

The ORCHESTRIS CRM uses boards for workflows, groups for stages, rows for leads or accounts, and columns for the data tracked on each item.

    Boards

    • Boards represent a larger workflow, such as leads, customers, onboarding, or platform accounts.

    Groups

    • Groups usually represent the current stage of work, such as leads, qualified, proposal sent, booked, onboarding, or complete.
    • Groups can be reordered and colored to make scanning easier.

    Columns

    • Columns store the data for each row. Column names can change, but the internal system key should stay stable so automations keep working.
