How do I use the dashboard switcher and section menu?

Dashboard switcher

• The nine-dot menu separates the Planner, CRM, Campaigns, Tasks, and Meetings work areas.
• All five dashboards are available for beta testing. What each person can see may still depend on workspace access and role permissions.

Dashboard section menu

• The compact section menu sits at the top right, directly below the shared header.
• The menu button displays the current page. Select it to open the available pages inside the active dashboard; it closes automatically after you choose a destination.
• The CRM keeps a separate board list inside the CRM workspace because that list controls board-specific navigation.
• If a page is not available, confirm the workspace access and your role permissions.

Best practice

• Use the Planner dashboard for events, timelines, documents, photobooth, and event readiness.
• Use CRM when you are managing leads, forms, boards, automations, and sales workflows.
• Use Campaigns for outreach, Tasks for internal and event work, and Meetings for booking, calendars, calls, and recaps.
