How do photobooth borders and background rotation work?
Photobooth display settings can frame photos with a border and rotate the background image between submitted photos for a polished live display.
Borders
- Use border settings when photos need to be pushed inward so the full picture remains visible.
- Border color, texture, and uploaded custom borders should frame the photo with the photo edge meeting the inside edge of the border.
Rotation
- The live display should rotate in a consistent pattern, such as photo, background, next photo, background.
- Newly submitted photos should enter the rotation quickly and appear next without requiring a browser refresh.
Display fit
- Use fullscreen mode and a properly sized background image for the screen orientation.
- A vertical display should preserve the intended 9:16 composition when possible.
