How do I turn Trish on or off?

Short answer

Use the account menu to toggle the animated Trish guide on or off. When Trish is off, the compact Help button remains available and opens the ORCHESTRIS help-center chat without displaying the character.

Where the toggle lives

  • Open the account or profile picture menu in the top-right area of the portal.
  • Use the Trish toggle to hide or show the guide.

What turns off

  • Turning Trish off hides the animated character and onboarding guide, but the compact Help button stays available.
  • Select Help at any time to open the knowledge-base chat directly. This does not turn Trish back on, start an animation, or delete help-center articles, support settings, unanswered question logs, or event data.
